Jay Laisne’ is from Fresno so there is not much to talk about on that subject.

After studying theater and film at UCLA (and winning a slew of awards along the way), he took a small 12 year break from the acting stuff to build a family and business.

In 2006, his 5 year old Julian asked him what he wanted to be when he grew up, and when Julian heard the answer, he said, “then why aren’t you doing it?”

Jay had no good reply.

With prodding from his family and friends he decided to jump back into acting full time.

Since then, and somewhat to his astonishment, he's been working non stop -- shooting 16 Films and 3 T.V. spots as well as many commercial spots -- and loving every minute of it.

Somehow, in the midst of it all, he also found time to Produce and star in "Even If", a film that just finished it’s 3rd Film Festival.

The thrill is definitely back and he is grateful as hell to riding it.
